LET IT BE GREEN

Unitel's "Let it be Green" program addresses pressing environmental issues, promoting protection and restoration through ongoing initiatives.

"Hove Pond" Project

"Hove Pond" Project

The project began when our engineers noticed that wildlife was experiencing a shortage of drinking water during the installation of networks in remote areas. The Hove project is one of the largest projects under Unity Group's social responsibility, with the primary goal of positively impacting the growth of their populations by feeding wildlife and improving their habitat. The construction of a pond can generally be defined as a form of technical fixation of natural water. The principle of operation of the hob pond is very simple. It can be understood that animals create conditions for drinking by establishing natural water impermeable to the ground using a waterproof membrane. In addition, khuv has many advantages, such as preventing desertification and air dryness, improving soil quality and creating favorable conditions for plants to grow.

"Bird Nest" Project

"Bird Nest" Project

Protecting environmental balance is directly linked to many vital factors, including human survival, health, economic stability, and cultural development. For this reason, we initiated and implemented the "Bird Nest" project to contribute to the protection of pastureland balance by improving habitats for birds of prey. A pond can generally be defined as a technical method of retaining natural water. The operating principle of a pond is quite simple: by using a waterproof membrane, natural water is prevented from seeping into the ground, creating a reliable water source for animals. Beyond this, ponds offer multiple additional benefits — they help prevent desertification and air dryness, improve soil quality, and create favorable conditions for vegetation growth.
